2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using the ChiliLabs.ai platform are responsible for:

• Verifying ownership of their email domains
• Maintaining compliance with applicable email regulations
• Managing the content and recipients of emails sent through their domain

Each merchant operates email communication using their own domain identity.

3. Domain Reputation

Email reputation is tied to the merchant's domain. ChiliLabs.ai maintains isolated sending infrastructure so that each merchant's sending behavior does not affect others on the platform. Merchants are responsible for maintaining healthy sending practices.

4. Acceptable Use

Merchants must not use the ChiliLabs.ai platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Send emails to purchased or scraped lists
• Distribute malicious or harmful content
• Misrepresent sender identity

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of sending privileges.

5. Service Availability

ChiliLabs.ai aims to provide reliable infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChiliLabs.ai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Policy Updates

ChiliLabs.ai may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
